Q: How often do you make new buckle posts?
A: Every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday at 11:00am Central Standard Time. Each post is guaranteed to have 35 new buckles, so you're bound to find something you like!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All buckles have a guaranteed 14-day return eligibility period from the day they are delivered via USPS. If a buckle(s) is damaged during shipping, I will provide you an immediate refund for the damaged buckle(s). Please use the Contact button to send me a message for any return/refund requests and I will respond as soon as possible.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: I ship from Iowa.

Q: What are the estimated shipping times?
A: I am able to ship same-day if your order is placed before 4pm Central Standard Time. I ship through USPS, which usually takes 3-4 business days to deliver.

Q: Do you buy belt buckle collections?
A: Yes I do. If you are interested in selling your collection, please use the Contact button to send me a message and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Q: Can I buy buckles from multiple posts and combine shipping?
A: Absolutely! All buckles are $10 each and shipping is a combined flat rate of $5 on all shipments. The website will automatically combine shipping for you. That means you can buy one buckle or even 100 buckles and the shipping price will still be $5. However, if you buy 100 buckles, I might as well give you free shipping at that point.
